Our Vibro Screens are the largest in the market and are suitable for screening operations such as dry separation, dry classification and solid classification. - Motors are fitted at both ends with eccentric weights
- The whole drive assembly is mounted on a circular base by rugged springs
- The drive assembly allow the unit to vibrate freely
- The springs prevent transmitted vibration reaching the floor area on which the machine stands
- Screens can be mounted one on top of the other within the screening assembly
The screening operations are carried out in the following stages: (i) Dry Separation: - Based on particle shape, the different materials are divided
(ii) Dry Classification: - Solid-Liquid-Separation
- Division of materials into precise sized fractions
- Dewatering of solids and clarification of liquids
(iii) Solids Classification - Separation of sized fractions in a liquid medium
- Highest screening efficiency
- controlling the patterns of movement of solids on the screen surface
- Control is achieved by varying the position of the bottom eccentric weight.
Operation: - The material is fed on to the centre of the top screen
- The oversize material to be discharged through a tangential outlet is moved by the multiplane motion to the periphery of the screen
- To produce fine sized fractions or clarified liquid the undersize particles or liquids pass through the screen
- The angular position of the top and bottom eccentric weights controls the tangential component of the motion-imparted to the solid on the screen
- By altering the angle the screening pattern can be controlled
- If the mass of the top eccentric is increased the horizontal throw on the screen and the size material to discharge at a faster rate increases
- An increase in the bottom eccentric mass increases the vertical component of the motion
