The Mysore Pak Sweet Making Machine is fabricated out of MS Body with stainless steel vessels. Also available in M.S. Bottom Plate stainless steel body with stainless vassal and with fully stainless steel.

A very quick way to save your time. In this, the potatoes are placed from the top of the machine. This machine comes with three basic cutters, plain chips, ripple chips, potato shredding/ laccha and french fries. It is available in two models 250 kg per hr and 400 kg per hr model.

Centrifugal dryer is suitable to remove excess oil/ water from namkeens and sliced potato wafers. The rotating basket in which the product is to be dried is placed. After a rotation for few minutes the product is dried, and the surface water is removed.

Circular fryer is made of SS having pan dia as per requirement. Fryer is also come with eco flame burner for frying which is connected with digital temperature controller and control panel. The fryer is supplied with chimney for flue gas exhaust 6 ft. from ground.

Sheeter: Sheeter consists of a heavy- duty frame with gauging rollers driven by a motor with gearbox. The hopper is made of stainless steel with proper taper.

Rotary Cutting Unit: A rotary cutting is fitted on a roller for smooth and accurate cutting according to preferred size. In case of a fully automatic plant, the extruded dough sheet is automatically fed to the rollers, and a provision is provided for shifting the generated papad scrap back to the hopper.

The hot fuel outlet is connected to smoke tube preheated to preheat feed water. The feed water pump, blower, fan, fuel pump are mounted on common base frame. This boiler is highly efficient and can be easily installed and dismantled.
