Manufacturing Unit
We have manufacturing facilities that enable us in meeting the bulk requirements of our clients. We have a highly productive manufacturing unit which is spread over an area of 20,000 sq feet.  With the installed capacity of 100 units, our manufacturing unit is fitted with all the latest and advanced machines and instruments. To reduce the work load, our manufacturing unit comprises following machines:

Quality Conformity
Since our inception, we intend to follow the strategy of “no compromise on quality”. We possess the BSCI Certification, ISO certification and EC certification (Full Quality Assurance System Approval Certificate).  To check the quality of our kid’s wear and women’s wear, we have a separate quality department which is supervised by quality analysts. Our quality department tests the raw material being used before the manufacturing process starts. In order to deliver defect free garment to clients, our QC department always cross check the apparels on following parameter:

Warehouse and Packaging
We have a spacious warehouse to keep the completed array of women’s wear and kid’s wear safely. Our team of store keepers is very well trained and responsible. They always make certain that the kid’s wear and men’s wear is kept safe, from various damages. To make the accommodation of entire consignment easier, the warehouse is segregated into a number of sections.

We also packed the apparels for our clients as per their specifications. We use Corrugated Boxes, cartons and Sheets to pack the ordered apparels for our clients.
