Established in the year 1954, we Ambika Solvex Limited, are a professionally managed organization engaged in manufacturing, exporting and supplying Soyabean Cooking Oil, Soyabean Refined Oil, Soya Lecithin and Soyabean Meal. Our range has gained huge recognition across the globe for superior quality, purity and great aroma. These are used for catering the needs of food & pharmaceutical industry and for manufacturing candy, bakery, margarine and chocolates.

The company was established in the year 1954 by late Shri Babulalji Garg. He set up a 55 TPD groundnut base oil mill under the banner of M/s. Laxmi Oil Mill at Mandsaur in the state of Madhya Pradesh.

• In 1976, the management was shifted on to the present board. In the same year, a 30 TPD oil mill was started at Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh in the name of M/s. Vinod Industries
• After the success of their venture, the management expanded the production capacity by installing another 30 TPD oil mill in the name of Ambika Oil Industries at Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh
• Another TPD batch type refinery was set up in the year 1990 under the name of Ambika Refinery at Mandsaur, on Soyabean and Rapeseed base. After witnessing the improvement in the industrial scenario and the growing market need, the maiden plant was upgraded into a 200 TPD continuous refinery.
• In order to relish the merits of the booming market scenario, the company raise a flagship company named Ambika Solvex Ltd. which in the year 1993 acquired a 100 TPD soyabean solvent extraction plant on lease basis.
• The inspiring success of the company, encouraged the management to set up its own solvent extraction plant of 300 TPD capacity for soyabean crushing.
• The overpowering response of the product and the profitability provoked group to further increase the production capacity from 300 TPD to 600 TPD, and subsequently to 900 TPD.
• This was accorded by increase in the production capacity of each unit, that is, 750 TPD plant at Mahidpur, 450 TPD at Kalapipal, 450 TPD at Patharia, 100 TPD at Jaora, and 1000 TPD at Akola, thereby making the total production capacity to 3650 TPD till date.
• Due to these factors, we have reached the zenith and are poised for further growth in the coming years.

Group of companies:

• During 1997-1998, a merchant company started in the name of Narayan Trading Company with a turnover of about Rs. 419.30 lacks (USD 1 Million approximately) and became a Private Limited Company during 2000-2001 and further, achieved turnover of about Rs. 1000 lacks (USD 2.3 Million approximately). With the functional years, it is now expected to cross Rs. 60000 lacks (USD 135 Million approximately).
• The government of India awarded the status of recognized Export House to one of group concern of the Company. Narayan Trading Company, a unit of Narayan Niryat India Pvt. Ltd.) is touching new heights of exports every year. The journey of our group activities is marching ahead to meet and overcome every challenge in the way.
• Ambika Solvex Ltd. achieved the award by Soyabean Processors Association of India (SOPA ) for the maximum utilization of capacity (Second Position) during the year 1998-99. This has been possible merely because of its efforts of setting and introducing contemporary standards for expansion plans growing and aiming to reach the pinnacle through its diversification cycle which never ends. The repute was further ignited when the company bagged the foremost position in the same category during the subsequent year 1999-2000.
