This mechanical housing is used by Assembly unit along with sheets and required material to have finished cubical. Various units in this department are: Sheet metal forming Welding and assembly Finishing Quality checking Painting B. Transformer winding department This department is responsible for all wound components required in the oduction.Various units in this department are. Winding Assembly Varnishing Testing C. PCB assembly department For any electronic equipment PCB(s) is important component. There could be more than PCBs used in one equipment / control panel. In this department these PCBs are populated by components. Then component mounted PCBs are soldered. Various units in this department are: Component testing Component forming PCB assembly and soldering Inspection PCB cleaning Assembled PCB testing D. Wiring department In this department all sub assemblies are wired up. The control and power wiring is carried out at this department. Various units in this department are: Panel / units wiring Inspection / testing E. Support departments These departments plays role to harness and stream line the production and provide the required support when ever it is needed. Proper functioning of this department determines the healthiness of the entire production floor.
