The company is set up in 1991 at Waghodia, east of Vadodara in Gujarat of country India. The company has installed the manufacturing facilities as per revised schedule 'M' of Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940. The company manufactures its formulations as per GMP.

The company is also awarded state GMP Certificate by state FDA, Gandhinagar (Gujarat). The company has physico-chemical, Instrumental and Microbiological Laboratories to conduct various tests of RMs, FPs & inprocess as per GLP.

The company is run by services of highly technically qualified personnel at all levels. The company is exporting certain formulations to four countries. The company has around 100 products being marketed in the eleven states of the country with the aid of franchisee parties. We are manufacturing pharmaceutical formulations, pharmaceutical drugs, pharmaceutical medicine, pharmaceutical tablets, antibiotics, antibacterials, antacids, antiulcers, antiflatulents etc.
