Amcocrete Shot L-100, a quick setting solution is available in liquid form for use with sprayed concrete or gunite. Used for spraying concrete and mortar in galleries and tunnels, for retaining walls, embankment and tank linings, etc. Amcocrete Shot L- 100 admixed mortars sets rapidly. It allows spraying to take even on wet surface, thus speeding up the work and contributes to good water-tightness of the sprayed concrete linings. Uses	Amcocrete Shot L-100 is used for sprayed concrete and mortar in galleries and tunnels, for retaining walls, embankment and tank linings etc. Amcocrete Shot L- 100 admixed mortar sets rapidly, hence, quick placing of the wet mortar is essential.
Advantages	Allows spraying to take even on wet surface subject to slight infiltrations. Rapid setting speeds up the work and contributes to good water-tightness of the sprayed concrete linings Improves overhead spraying and reduces rebound Excellent for overhead application Does not contain any chlorides or nitrates and hence does not corrode
Dosage	3 % to 7 % by weight of cement is recommended or as per the trials conducted at the site. (The effect of this material depends on cement content, age. The performance depends on weight ratio of the cement and the amount of water added during spraying. )
Expiry	If stored in undamaged sealed containers in dry condition at normal ambient temperature, a shelf-life of 12 months can be expected.

Amcocrete Shot L – AF is a completely alkali free set accelerator available in liquid form for use with sprayed concrete for guniting, shotcreting. A completely alkali free admixture, it enhances soundness of the concrete, speeding up the work and contributing to good water tightness of the sprayed concrete lining and helping in developing an early strength.

Uses	Amcocrete Shot – LAF is mainly used for: Accelerated concrete in ground support applications Securing rock in tunnel and mine construction High quality shotcrete for general construction work
Advantages	As it is completely alkali free admixture, it does not encourage alkali aggregate reaction in the concrete; hence enhancing soundness of the concrete Speeds up the work and contributes to good water tightness of the sprayed concrete lining Improves overhead spray and reduces rebound Does not contain any chlorides, which causes corrosion of steel. Develops Large reduction in rebound It Develops a early strength
