Thermic fluid heating system: For process healing application, our thermic fluid heaters are used and these are the best alternatives of steam or electricity. Instead of pressurized hot water or steam, these heaters work on the principle thermic fluids transferring process.

Designed & Construction: The internal combustion chambers of these heaters are used to accommodate concentric helical tube machine wound coils, These coils are placed in double shells of mild steel construction. This type of design helps in economizing the space and simultaneously ensures optimum rate of heat release.

Combustion: A fuel automatizing pressure-jet burner is fitted with fuel oil nozzle, which is placed vertically downward for combustion. A dynamically balanced blower fan pushes the combustion air through the annular space between the inner and outer shell, where air is pre-heated for efficient combustion and higher efficiency.

 Burner & Fuel System: From fuel oil tank, the oil goes to a fuel filter then into a fuel pump. Through the fuel pump, it is passed into an electrically heated oil pre-heating tank, and then forced to burner.

No Corrosion No Scale Formation: The heat transfer fluids used in heaters are of mineral origin and do not contain any dissolved solids which cause corrosion of lead to scale formation which is prevalent in case of steam boiler.

This is a compact, rigid, noiseless & fully automatic Hot Air Heater/Furnace and any unskilled person can operate it. The Hot Air Heater/Furnace operates automatically on pre set temperature. Constructional Features: High Temperature Heater: The main constituents of the oil fired hot air haters are the insulated casing, the combustion chamber fabricated out of stainless steel smoke tube, a flue gas outlet, fuel oil burner and ventilation blower. Low Temperature Heater: The main constituents of the low temperature heater are the same as above except that the material of construction is carbon steel. The casing fabricated out of heavy gouge steel sheets is double jacketed to provide efficient air insulation. Oil Burner & Electrical: The fuel oil burner is a horizontal firing, pressure atomizing, forced drought type with direct electric spark ignition.
