Heavy Duty Crushers

Crushers are designed to reduce large solid chunks of raw material into smaller chunks. We manufacture world-class crusher, available in various models from 1 hp lab type to 25 hp heavy duty. These heavy duty crushers are mostly used in pharmaceutical scrap disposal process and crushing ayurvedic roots and herbs. Highly applicable for recycling plastic waste materials and substitute for pulverises in chemical industry, it has long-life service. It requires minimum maintenance and also has high-load capacity. Suited to large capacity size operation, it is based on the principle of crushing without rubbing minimum dust oil lubrication.

Cutting Oil Reclaimers

We also offer optimum quality cutting oil reclaimers (Chip Wringer). It is a most ideal equipment for separation of cutting oil from metal Swarf / chips and has sturdy heavy duty construction for long life. It consists of perforated basket mounted on spindle that is made of alloy steel and run in specially lifted ball-bearings. It is mounted on outer cage body, with top cover, suspended from / fitted on a solid base through vibration damping arrangement. It is driven by side mounted electric motor and helps to separate approx. 95% of cutting oil adhering to metal chips through V-belt pulley arrangement.

Available in various types like : Batch Type & Continuous Type, its Basket dia. varies from 300 to 500 mm.

Pharmacy Scrap Disposal Machines

Featured with low noise level and high run factor, our designed pharma scrap disposal machine can dispose all types of pharma waste like: foils, blisters, PVC films, cartons, vials, glass bottles, bunks, stereos etc. Available in various categories like Roll Shredders & Crushers, they require less maintenance and service cost. In Roll Shredders long films and foils as well as tablet filled blister and foils, folded cartons can be fed directly. In Roll Shredders Crushers destroying process is done by high speed rotary scissors and in Crushers destroying process is done by high speed rotary knife. Our designed pharma scrap disposal machine performs fully automatically and helps in reduction of waste volume by up to 80%.
