| Welding Rotator | 
 | Supported by our vast industry experience, we offer superior range of welding rotators. These are used in positioning in fabrication. We use high grade raw material and comply with the international standards to ensure quality. Our modern quality testing unit is assisting us in this effort; it tests our range of welding rotators in accordance with the international standards. We offer following types of welding rotators: Conventional Rotators We manufacture high grade conventional rotators, these consists of basically two sets of rollers. These rotators are adjustable either manually across the frames or through lead screw and ratchet, when changing from one diameter to another. Self-Aligning Rotators These are self aligning rotators that adjust automatically at the time of loading to meet the diameter of vessel. Therefore a large range of diameter can be accommodated, without any adjustment. Our expertise in the industry is helping us in offering conventional rotators and the SAR type for variable speed rotation.

| Conventional Positioner |  | We offer premium quality positioners, to move work-piece or weldment in order to position the work-piece. It enables down hand welding to be conducted in whichever position required or possible. There is an alternate to positioner, the work-piece can be moved physically by crane. Positioners reduce the fabrication time by 40%. The Conventional Type Positioner - fitted with table rotates through 360 deg and tilt through 135 deg. There are certain types of Positioners to tilt the table backwards by 45 deg and forwards by 90 deg. The latter tilting range is specifically designed to suit in the fabrication of cladding of certain work-piece. Positioners offered by us are rugged design and are self-supporting, thus they do not need to be fastened to the floor, in order to make these moved by crane from one position to another as and when required. In some exceptional cases, which apply to machines in the 50 T and above capacity range, where center of gravity is high and it is advisable for the machine to be anchored in Positioner. Tables of Positioners are rigidly fabricated. To prevent the table from deflection, underside of the table is provided with stiffeners. The table is stress relieved and precision machined. To assist the clamping of work-piece, the tables are provided with radial slots and concentric rings. It is supported on a heavy shaft, which is fabricated from EN9 steel and rotates on pre-loaded taper roller bearing. To maintain the shaft and bearing in a preloaded condition, the rear of the spindle is threaded with a fine thread and equipped with precision locking nuts. Machines of 5 Tons capacity and above up to 35 tons capacity are provided with imported preloaded cross roll bearings (slewing ring) that in comparison to large diameter ball bearings have no deflection under load. The large diameter bearings provide a more rigid support to the larger tables fitted to the heavy duty machines than is the case with a center shaft. Hence if the work-piece is negligently loaded off center there is less risk of damage to the table than where a center shaft is used. There is another advantage in using slewing (bearings) on the larger machines, since there is no center spindle, a larger diameter hole through the center of the table is provided for services. It is used in gas pre-heating and in many others. The variable speed table rotation drive is achieved with the help of a thyristor controlled DC motor and suitable reduction gearing. Machines of up to 10 Tons capacity and above are fitted as standard with thyristor table rotation. These offer a speed regulation of ± 1.0% or 0.05% of base speed, depending upon requirements. Positioners with thyristor variable speed rotation drive incorporate the drive arrangement mounted underneath the cross head to support the table. The DC motor is directly connected to the heavy duty reduction gear box, which in turn drives the table through the large spur gear on the periphery of the table thus reducing backlash to a minimum.

| Boom Manipulators |  | We manufacture premium quality columns and boom manipulators with a much better deflection figure than any of our competitors in the market. Our range of column and boom is correct with controlled deflection relative to height, boom travel and weight to be carried. Thus it offers optimum performance and reliability. Salient features: The columns of both the RC and TRC types are supported on precision cross roll bearings. These bearings are sourced from SKF/Rollix, who is the leading bearing manufacturers. The larger machines have preloaded cross-roll bearings, to eliminate the free play, and which is extremely important since any play in the cross-roll bearing is considerably increased at the end of the boom when it is in the fully raised and fully extended position. Column rotation can be motorized, but in any case all machines have a manual locking arrangement to lock the column in any of the 360° positions. The boom saddle, or carriage, is fitted with rollers which travel along the machine slide-ways. Each of the rollers is fitted with 2 preloaded Taper Roller bearings carried on eccentric shafts. The Rollers can be adjusted for wear and tear and also for precision and vibration-less travel Boom elevation is through high torque AC geared motor incorporating an electromagnetic brake, the final drive being through rack and pinion. Other competitors employ chain elevation which is not very compatible and doesn't eliminate bounce. Bounce accumulates particularly where a welders platform or lay trough is fitted and is aggravated by any movement of the welder. Other competitors in the market still use lead-screw elevation, which is not very viable since flux, dust and others accumulate and the lead-screw then becomes locked in the lead-screw nut.

| Sigma Mixer |  | Kneader/ Mixer Machine manufactured by us comes with two Sigma Blades which are widely used in Kneader/ Mixer machine Design. The Sigma Blades Kneader/ Mixer offered by us is capable of starting operation with either liquids or solids or in combinations of both. Modifications in blades face, design increases particular effects, such as shredding or wiping. The Sigma Blades used in Kneader / Mixer are tangential blades. These run at different speeds, with the advantages of faster mixing from constant change of relative position, greater wiped heat-transfer area per unit volume, and less riding of material above the blades. Kneader/Mixer machine with Sigma Blades, mixing action is combination of bulk movement, smearing, folding, dividing, and re-combing as the material is pulled and squeezed against Sigma Blades, Saddle and side walls. The Sigma blades are pitched to achieve end-to-end circulation. Rotations of Sigma Blades are such that material is drawn down over the Saddle and clearances are as close as 0.5 mm. Kneader/Mixer machines offered by us are titled for discharge, to achieve 100 percent discharge and thorough cleaning between batches. In ace of Kneader / Mixer machines up to 200 Litres capacity, the tilting mechanism is manual and for over 200 Ltrs capacity, it is by Hydraulic Cylinders and Power Pack Unit. Kneader/Mixer machines come with water-cooled jacketed trough body manufactured from M.S / S.S304. In case of sigma blades shafts are provided with anti-friction bearing, with properly designed seals and packing glands. Sigma Blades are operated through A.C. Electric Motor, Flexible Coupling / Fluid Coupling /Geared Couplings and open spur gearing mechanism. Salient features: - Good mixing action
