This is made of M.S. Iron Pipes (seamless) and electrically welded with one number male and one number female D.M.C. Sockets at both the end. The specifications of these pipes are very much similar to that of the pipes used by O.N.G.C.

Tripod consists of 3 Nos. M.S. Iron Square Tubular legs made by electrically welding M.S. Iron Angles (2 nos. Side legs & 1 no. Main leg). Main leg is of 7.5m long and the side legs are of 6.0 m each. The whole arrangement is fitted with a Pin (Tripod pin) and a Pulley also with a Pin (Pulley Pin). Separate M.S. Iron shoes are provided for the side legs.

Semi-mechanised r. M. C. Mixing machines

We manufacture Piling Winches ranging from 3 ton to 5 ton. Winch can be driven by either Engines or AC Electric Motors varying from 30 Hp to 60 Hp.

The thickness of the Pipes varies with the diameter of the Tremie Pipes. We manufacture Tremie Pipes of 8” and 10”(as per IS Code) in diameter, of any length.

This is made of M.S. Iron Plates electrically welded crosswise with hard facing at the bottom. A special quality of M.S. Iron Plate is electrically welded at the bottom in case of rock socketing chisels. D.M.C. socket is welded and water lines are made in case of D.M.C. Chisels. The thickness of the plate varies with the diameter of the Chisels/D.M.C. Chisels. We manufacture Chisels / D.M.C. Chisels ranging from 300 mm to 1500 mm in diameter

Tremmie Hopper is made from M.S. Iron Plate and electrically welded with a Tremmie Socket at the bottom. The dimension of the Hopper also varies with the diameter of the Pile i.e. 300 mm to 1500 mm. This equipment is of funnel shaped and both are required for concreting of piles.

Tremie PIPe

We are catering foot mounted electric motors that require minimum power consumption and perform without vibrations. These motors have simple operation and are corrosion resistant. These foot mounted electric motor have a total power of 0.5 hp - 10 hp with voltage of about 380 - 440 Volts. Apart from this, these motors have required frequency of 50Hz/ 60Hz with RPM of 960/ 1440/ 2800.
