These industrial rubber hoses have lining of white, hygienic quality blend of synthetic and natural rubber free from odour, taste or toxic effect.

We manufacture and offer a wide range of metal flexible hoses that are manufactured from Nitrile based extruded synthetic rubber tube resistant to oils, gasoline, fuel oil, air, water, hydraulic and petroleum based oils, grease, mineral oil etc. These hoses are manufactured in accordance with SAE-DIN-BS and BIS specification.

We bring for our clients our range of nitrile rubber sheets that are manufactured as per BS 2751. Highly resistant to petroleum products, these sheets are suitable for use at high temperature upto +2400F and also where food grade sheets are required. We offer these sheets in calendared or press moulded finish.

The specifications in which our nitrile rubber sheets are available are:

• Thickness : 0.5 to 100 mm as per requirement of the customer.
• Size : 1 meter x 2 meter in mould finish or long length from 0.5 mm to 6.0 mm thickness in calendared finish.

The quick release couplings that we manufacture at our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit. These couplings are durable in quality and corrosion resistant. Available in various sizes and dimensions, these quick release couplings can also be custom made in required dimensions.

Avail from us, our rubber insertion jointing for both air and water pressure. These products that are manufactured by us confirm to IS : 638 norms. Having rubber compound of high quality Natural or Synthetic rubber or a blend thereof, the rubber insertion jointing available with us are used between flanges and similar joints subjected to water and air pressure.

Our rubber mats are manufactured for electrical purposes and conform to the IS-5424 norms. Manufactured out of rubber compound of high quality natural rubber, these mats are used as floor covering around electrical panels as a safeguard to the life. These rubber mats are used in power generation plants, sub-stations, workshops etc. The surface of these rubber mats have chequered, anti-skid fluted design orplain on one side and plain at bottom as per the requirement of the purchaser. The rubber mats are tested to pass the voltage test at 15000 volts for one minute without any puncture or warming effect. Breakdown Strength Shall not fail at less than 40000 volts as per the procedure outlined in IS : 2584/83.

The specifications includes:

• Thickness: Range 8.5 mm to 25 mm for chequered or fluted 6.5 mm to 25 mm for plain

EPDM Rubber Sheets
We have for our clients EPDM rubber sheets that are ideally used under higher temperature ranging from -400F to +4000F are required. These sheets have a wide range of chemical intermediates in both chemical and pharmaceutical industries, fertilizer plants, steel mills etc.
The specifications in which these sheets are available include:

• Thickness : 0.5 to 100 mm as per requirement of the customer.
• Size : 1 meter x 2 meter in mould finish or long length from 0.5 mm to 6.0 mm thickness in calendared finish.

Our silicon rubber sheets that we have are manufactured from high quality rubber. Largely used at extra high temperature ranging from -400F to + 9000F, These sheets are available in moulded finish in thickness of 1.5 mm to 12.5 mm and size of 1 meter width and upto 3 meter length.

Finding their usage in wide number of applications like waterworks, petrochemicals, refineries, chemical industry, construction works, agricultural industry, these flanges are known for their durability and corrosion free quality. These flanges are made from high quality stainless steel tested on various quality parameters.

We have for our clients our range of stainless steel hoses that are available in stainless steel grades (AISI) 321, 316, 316L, & 304. These industrial hoses can be easily bend while remaining liquid and gas remains tight. The SS hoses available with us can be used where ever other Conventional Rubber or PTFE Flexible Hose can not be used.
