Demineralization Plant

Our demineralization plant consists of pressure vessels containing cation and anion exchange resins. Various types of ion exchange resins are used for both the cation and the anion process, depending on the type of impurities in the water and what the final water is used for. Typically, the cation resin operates in the hydrogen cycle. The cations in the water (i.e. calcium, magnesium and sodium) pass through the cation exchange resin where they are chemically exchanged for hydrogen ions.

The water then passes through the anion exchange resin where the anions (i.e. chloride, sulphate, nitrate and bicarbonate) are chemically exchanged for hydroxide ions.
The final water from this process consists essentially of hydrogen ions and hydroxide ions, which is the chemical composition of pure water. We also manufacture D.M.PLANTS as per customer’s requirement.

Headers & Laterals

Our water softening plant uses ion exchange resin that is most commonly and probably the easiest method of removing hardness (i.e.calcium & magnesium) from water and render the water suitable for utility purpose. As the name implies ion exchange is a process in which undesirable ions are exchanged for more desirable irons. This palnt removes all the impurities and hardness present in the water and makes it soft and skin friendly. Featured with automatic regeneration, it can also be easily operated and require less space.

Jet Ejectors

Ejector is a venturi jet device that uses pressurized liquid to entrain, mix and pump other liquids. Ejector consist of two basic parts, the motive nozzle, which converts the pressure energy to kinetic (velocity) energy, and the suction chamber/diffuser section where the entrainment and mixing take place.

Pp Lined Steel Pipes And Fittings

1. PP lined piping is a valuable and economic substitute for rubber lined piping systems, FRP Piping, stainless steel, alloy steel, offering extra corrosion resistance and system purity.
2. Polypropylene(PP) is an excellent polymer with proven chemical resistance in a wide variety of applications for acids, alkalies, mixed acids, alcohols, salt water, ultra-purity fluids, corrosive gases, etc.
3. PP liner has good mechanical properties and also has relatively good cold temperature impact resistance. It has the broad service temperature ranging from -20°C to 105°C.
4. The lined pipe helps to preserve the high purity of fluids it conveys. Keeping high purity of fluids is important for Water Treatment, Chemical industries, food processing, pharmaceutical, electronic/semi-conductor, and fine chemical industries.
5. PP lined pipe has very smooth interior surface and the piping systems operate at lower friction-loss levels than metal piping. The PP liner do not ever rust, scale or pit.
6. As the interior polypropylene liner is in a pressured state, its durability lasts as long as 30 years and it develops no crack under stress.
7. The lining products comply with the current ASTM standards. The standard liners are un-pigmented and natural white in color or Gray color.
8. The lined pipe and fittings in all available dimensions are suitable for the full vacuum application in the complete range of operating temperature up to 105°C.
9. The pipe spools are being fabricated with the piping materials complying with ANSI/ASTM, Indian standard or as per customer's specifications.
10. It is easy to install as the exterior is guarded and supported with steel pipe. As the lined pipe and fittings are available in the standard dimensions according to ANSI/ASTM, it has good interchangeability with other piping materials.
