Batch Ovens

Batch Ovens
We have for our client quality range of batch ovens, which is engineered for maximum working temperatures of 260°C or 450°C. This low-temperature chamber oven is used for different processes such as water dry off, baking, drying, preheating, curing, artificial ageing, soft annealing, and tempering. The furnace with air circulation is also suitable for use with baskets, pallets as well as mobile oven racks. To enhance drying process, the batch oven has manually adjustable air inlet and exhaust air vent.

Conveyor Ovens

Conveyor Ovens
We are amongst the renowned supplier and installation service provider of belt conveyor ovens that are used for tempering, annealing, curing, preheating, and drying processes. Our range comprises chain conveyors, chain-edge, mesh belt, flat belt style, serpentine, chain-on-edge, slat type, and other arrangements, as well as multi-tier conveyor ovens. We can also custom make oven to suit the requirements of clients existing conveyor. Our range of belt conveyor ovens is generally used in the shrink film packaging industry as shrink tunnel conveyor ovens.

For annealing and hardening of large parts, like heavy cast parts or tool steel dies to temperatures between 800° C and 1200° C, we recommend our bogie hearth furnaces with radiation heating. The bogie can be conveniently loaded outside the furnace. With a second door or bogie transfer system, one bogie can be charged outside the furnace while the other bogie is in the furnace. This way, turnaround time between process cycles will be reduced substantially.


Conveyor Belt Types:


These ovens make use of various types of conveyor belts, such as mesh belts, flat wire belts, and others, in material such as high carbon steel, stainless steel, stainless alloy and polypropylene.


Airflow Styles:

  • Our equipment includes a supply duct to deliver the heated air to the product in a top-down flow pattern, a bottom-up pattern, or a top-bottom pattern
  • The duct spans the full width and length of the heating chamber, so the product is heated during its entire travel through the oven
  • This insures maximum performance and temperature uniformity

Temperature Ratings and Construction:

  • Our ovens and furnaces are available with continuous maximum temperature ratings up to 500° C

Temperature Uniformities:

  • We design each unit as per client’s specific requirements
  • Guaranteed temperature uniformities of +/-10°C, available, and includes certification testing before shipment

Heat Sources

  • Our equipment is available in gas fired, electric, steam and other heat sources

Drop Bottom Ovens

Drop Bottom Ovens
We are engaged in offering quality range of drop bottom furnaces, ovens popularly known as elevator ovens. These ovens are specially designed for aluminum or non-ferrous metal solution heat-treating. The incorporated state of the art insulation, control system and hoist mechanisms ensure optimum performance and reliability of the oven. We can fabricate drop bottom furnaces in electric, gas fired, or indirect gas fired configurations as per the requirement. We offer temperatures to 650°C with uniformity of+/- 8°C.

Working procedure:

  • The product, often loaded in baskets or on a grid, is positioned under the oven and is attached to a lift mechanism
  • The load is then lifted into the chamber and the doors, located on the bottom, are closed
  • The oven then proceeds with the heat-treat of the load. At a prescribed time, the doors open, and the load is lowered at a near free fall rate into a waiting quench tank

For solution treatment of aluminum extrusions, sheet metal, castings and other parts, we offer drop bottom furnaces, quench tanks, age ovens and related equipment. We offer complete installation services, from startup assistance to complete turnkey installations. These ovens are known for low maintenance and optimum performance and efficiency.

Rugged Construction:

  • The drop quench ovens are fabricated for an intensive and continuous use up to 650o C
  • The dual speed electromechanical winch system allows controlled acceleration/deceleration of the load descent. This has proven to be more reliable and sturdy than the frequently used pneumatic systems

Superior Isolation:

  • The insulation consists of 6" of ceramic fiber modules
  • This high efficiency material assures minimum heat loss and heat storage for rapid heat cycling and energy economy
  • Contrary to layered blanket arrangement, ceramic blocks have a great resistance to high air velocity abrasion
  • This configuration is extra durable and requires very little if no maintenance

Clamping Door Seal:

  • When closed, the doors are tightly clamped against the bottom of the furnace
  • This type of closure prevents cold air leakage, which can disrupt the temperature uniformity of the load and increase operating expenses

Maintenance-free door seal

  • The door consists of a tightly compressed ceramic fiber that is self adjusting and will maintain a superior seal that will last years before replacement is required

High Velocity Air:

  • Our design uses higher velocity airflow
  • High-pressure blowers provide faster heating rates and tighter temperature uniformity for varying load configurations and densities
