A step-by-step procedure for quality control includes creating the Product Manual, making pattern in Gerber Auto Cad, fabric testing & Accessories Testing, making Pre-Production Sample, checking the fabric cut pieces, Line Checking, Finishing QC, Unit supervisor's QC, QC by central QC department. QC at the central warehouse, QC Of the full consignment & final pre-shipment QC.

The new infrastructure that Amrit Exports is creating is topped by 14-storied corporate head quarters in the new commercial hub of Kolkata. Amrit Exports runs 24 factories manned by a large satisfied & motivated work force, developed further by scientific management systems of Performance Appraisal & Incentives. 15 years down the line, Amrit Exports arguably is the leading work-wear manufacturer in the country. Its Turnover of 12 million Euros is an index of success. Amrit Exports today employs 1500 people in various capacities, working at various factories with a total installed capacity to manufacture 250,000 (Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand) garments every month. Around 15,000 square meters of new logistic center is also coming up in the city suburbs very fast. This new Center will house storage of raw material & finish product, cutting and central warehouse for dispatches apart from the knitting, laundry and embroidery operations. The list of plant and machinery includes 3 Gerber Auto cad systems, Knitting Machines, from Mayer & Cie 25 head Embroidery Machines,in-house laundry, automatic layering Machine from Gerber and a variety of equipments from leading manufacturers like Durkopf, Juki, Brother among others. In pipeline are state and art laboratory, automatic cutting machines, and tape-sealing machines.
