The Digital Surface Profile Gauges supplied by us are sourced from trusted manufacturers. The profile gauges allow the peak to valley height of blast cleaned surfaces and facilitate accurate measuring in accordance with the ASTNI standard. Our range is sourced from Caltech, whose digital surface profile gauges are highly useful and users friendly instrument for coating, paint and corrosion inspection. Furthermore, the gauge is initially set to zero with the glass zero plate and the foot is then placed on the blasted profile. The foot sits on top of the peaks and the sharp stylus travels to the bottom of the valley, allowing the gauge to display the peak to valley height. A number of measurement can be made and the average taken. In addition the gauge can also be used to measure the effects of corrosion i.e. pitting and cavity depth. Supplied in carrying case with glass zero plate, alert key and 1.5 Volts battery fitted and calibration certificate. These instruments are supplied in carrying case provided with alen key and glass zero plate.

Tubular Impact Tester

For Testing Materials for resistance to Impact A Weight is allowed to fall on the test Panel from a Specified height. The Tube is graduated in inches.The Impact can thus be varied. After impact the Surface is examined for sign of cracking or Flaking supplied with 2 lb & 4 lb weights. Used in one unit i.e. 4 lb and 2 lb weight.
