Transformers |
These transformers are manufactured as per IS 6297 &
IS 11171. Core material is CRNO or CRGO Steel with low iron losses.
Super Enamel or Fibre Glass covered copper wires & strips are used
for winding. Class of insulation is 'B' & 'F'. Transformers are
impregnated under vacuum for best insulation & long life operation.
Our specialty is Vacuum Impregnation Plant with 500 Ltrs. Capacity.

- Di Inductor: range upto 450 Amp.
- Dt Inductor: range upto 450 Amp.
- Traction Inductor
Application:
Inductors are used extensively in analog circuits and signal
processing. Inductors in conjunction with capacitors and other
components form tuned circuits which can emphasize or filter out
specific signal frequencies. An inductor is used as the energy storage
device in a switched-mode power supply. |

We manufacture Iron Core & Air Core Reactors as
per IS 5553. Our range incorporates:
• D.C. Filter Chokes
• 3 Phase Reactors with D.C. Drive
• 3 Phase Line Reactors upto 1500 A
• 1 Phase Tuning Reactors
• 3 Phase Tuning Reactors
• Range of Iron Core Reactors is upto 1500 Amp.
• Range of Air Core Reactors is upto 3000 Amp.
Design & construction:
Reactors are designed for 30% overload continuously & which will
not saturate at 150% of rated current. They are designed for continuous
operation in an ambient temp 60°C with natural Air Cooling. Temp.
class as 'F'. Reactors are fitted with thermal overload protector in one
coil.
A) Core is made out of CRGO lamination.
B) Coils are made with SE/DFG Copper Strip Class 'F'
C) Interlayer insulation by Nomex Paper
D) Inductors are vacuum impregnated with 'F' Class Varnish followed by
over pressure
E) Frame parts duly powder coated
F) Termination on Epoxy Insulators
Used as:
- Tuning or Filter Reactors to be used in series with capacitors
for reducing or blocking harmonics
- Line Reactors in series with DC drives to suppress the spikes in
supply voltage
- Filters chokes in DC supply.
