Amtech team includes professionals with rich experience in the field of Industrial electronics, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Marketing and Research & Development.

One of the total strength of about 120 professionals, about 80 are in Head Office, at Gandhinagar, which includes, R & D, Manufacturing and related disciplines. The remaining team established across the country in the form of Branch Offices, Resident, Marketing, Sales and Service engineers.

Amtech also has well-knit network of dealers and system houses which are extended arms of the Marketing team.

The core of the Amtech Group's technical strength is its Research & Development. Based on over fifteen years of experience, Amtech's Indigenous R&D department has many achievement to its credit. This is substantiated by the fact that the in-house R&D department of Amtech is recognized by DSIR (Department of Scientific & Industrial Research).

Fully equipped with design and development aids such as CAD tools, simulation software, DSP design development tools etc. and experienced technical manpower, Amtech is able to cater to customized requirement in Power Electronics & Controls. All of Amtech drives above 37.5 kW up to 650 kW have been indigenously designed in-house. This includes design of the Power circuits (all IGBT based) and the software features. Many customized requirements have been done by software e.g. Application in Textiles (Ring Spinning Frame Drives) Synthetic yarn (Rayon spinning Traverse control etc.). The higher power drives utilize fiber optic interfaces. Amtech has also provided products for non-drive application. Two such products are shown below.
