agreement with Autech Corporation of South Korea for the complete transfer of
technology to manufacture Specialty Vehicles in India. The signing took place in
Seoul,Korea on 26th Nov 2010. The initial plan is to develop and sell Specialty vehicles
such as Ambulances, Fire Tenders and Waste Management Vehicles. The market in
India for these vehicles are expected to grow at a CAGR 15 to 25 %. It is anticipated
that the overall market of specialty vehicles within India in the next 5 years will grow to
INR 4800 Crores.
