These manual pillar type threading machines are used for Cutting External Thread on Steel Pipe by Chasing method. In the machine, HSS Tangential Chasers are used as cutters. The Pipe remains stationery while the Die Head rotates. Depending upon the type of the chasers, BSP, BSPT, NPT, UNF, BSW, Acme Threads can be cut on this machine. We are o0ffering Pipe End Facing machine or Chamfering Machine which is used for the purpose of Chamfering and Deburring of the Pipe before Galvanizing and Threading Operation. When a pipe ic put in to it, it is chamfered from the Outer, Inner and Front face by Three different tools. In the mean time the pipe remains stationery but the Facing Head rotates.
