Our finished coolant pumps are available in the market under the brand name Kimmsons and are appreciated for their efficiency and durability.

Our quality inspectors test the procured raw material for resistance to corrosion, abrasion, heat and several other mechanical properties. Only the tested raw materials are subjected to production processes. Regular inspection is conducted at various stages of manufacturing till the final shipment process. The manufactured coolant pumps are tested for their efficiency and electrical properties, which ensure that they consume less power and can withstand disturbances in electrical supply while operation. We conduct continuous running test for a day for random samples to thoroughly test for several characteristics like output at different heads, temperature rise and many more.

Motors of all models of our coolant pumps confirm to IS 325/1978 and are suitable for 415 V± 5% volts, three phase, 50 Hz supply. We use class 'E' insulation motors and if specified by clients we also supply coolant pumps with 2 pole motors to suit other voltages like 220V, 380V, 450V and 500V. Our technologically advanced coolant pumps are suitable for various type of coolant liquid including highly viscous direct cutting fluids while KC 1 models are suitable for soluble cutting oils and thin coolants.

Terminal box design of our coolant pumps enables them to be positioned in any one of 4 directions in horizontal plane, at an interval of 90 degree with respect to outlet. Further, conduit entry in pumps can be rotated through 360 degree in 4 positions in vertical plane.
