The Amulya-Multimill is used in high speed granulation, pulverization, mixing, shreading, etc. of wide range of dry and wet materials with out any special attachment. The machine works on the principle of variable force swing hammer blades having both knife and impact edges and rotating with in the suitably selected screen to get desired output. Vertical rotor arrangement streamlines the flow of material. During the process the material entering the chamber travels to the periphery and passes through the screen tangentially and radially, thus avoiding choking and temperature rise.

CONSTRUCTION: All contact parts of the Machine are made of SS-304/316/316L in GMP/NONGMP construction as desired. The machine consists of 3HP vertically mounted Motor, which drives the Rotor Shaft through Bearing Housing. The rotor shaft is provided with 12 swinging type Knife Blades and 2 Scraper Blades. The material for granulation is fed through a SS-Hopper. A screen of suitably selected mesh is mounted outside the rotor. Material is fed in the pulverizing chamber by means of hopper where it gets chopped and is thrown out of the screen by centrifugal force into the container. The unit is mounted on a suitable stand with Castor Wheels for easy movement. A DOL starter with reversible Switch and 1no. SS Screen is provided with the unit.

Mixing vessel & Cones are made of SS-304/316/316L quality steels. Baffles are provided on central shaft to enhance mixing. Drive motor is connected to a gearbox on rigid Square Pipe stand. Blender discharge height varies as per the capacities of different models.

Suitable opening for charging is provided with SS-cover & lock nuts.

Discharge port is fitted with mucon/butterfly valve, which helps to unload powder faster.

Pipe guards are provided with limit switch & interlocked to motor to ensures safe operation at higher capacity
