| Item Code: TAK-011-03 - Function The TAK-011 system is designed for selective measurement of Temperature and single position signaling of present value of measure Temperature of the point under check on main diesel engine. Two in no such system ( one each for one engine) are fitted onboard a submarine.
- Operating Principle It utilities the compensating method of measuring the E.M.F. produced by the Thermocouples.
- The following 9 points of diesel engine are monitored by the TAK —till system:-(a) Point no 1 to Point no 6 are for 6 in no cylinders (b) Point no 7 is for Upper header (c) Point no 8 is for Lower header (d) Point no 9 is for After turb.
- Units TAK —011 system consists of following units:-(a) Auto compensator (b) Push button selector switch (c) Connection box (d) Thermoelectric temperature transducer

Magazine Temperature Monitoring & Alarm System With Sensor - Temperature range controlled by the instrument: 0 to 100'c.
- Set-point is adjusted by Keyboard, which is provided on the backside of the front door.
- Supply: I27VAC, 50Hz
- Power Consumption: Not greater than 25VA with cos 5 not less than 0.6
- Relay contact which are connected to annunciator 5 A 230 VAC Resistive
- The length of connection system line between thermometer (RIM) and measuring unit (Junction Box) and is not greater than 30m and that between junction box and measuring instrument was I50m.
- The instrument will operate continuously for period of 3000hrs without direct local maintenance as well as intermittently with unlimited amount of switching.
- Intervals between operation period can be used for making replacement trueing and cleaning
- Signaling error at set-point is not greater than ±1.5"c
- Operation error of the instrument with thermometer error considers is not greater than ±2.5°c. .
- Instrument accuracy is not influenced by the following variation of the supply voltage and frequency. a)Continuous variation: Voltage± I 0%, Frequency ±2.5% b)Repeated short term variation c)Voltage from minus 13 to plus 8% d)Frequency from minus 4 to plus 3.5 %
- Electric resistance of instruments circuits against case and against each other will be 20meg at 25°c±10°c
- The enclosure of the instrument is of IP-65 type.
- The instrument has relay contact of Output (Potential free) which are given to annunciator.
- The instrument has auto manual switch to stop scanning of the channel at required stage
- The instrument has provision to check TIC ground and TIC open provision on front panel.
- The instrument has provision of checking front panel Led and display with signal check switch.
- The individual alarm will be indicated by coloured LEI) mounted on the front panel.
- Sixteen relay output has been provided for sixteen groups.
- There are total 72 channel i.e. 72 location of T/C, which is divided into 16 groups.
- There is also provision of low and high alarm set point with the help of Keyboard
- The channel number is indicated by 2 seven segment display.
- The parameter is indicated by 2 seven segment display.
