Consists of a rotating double cone assembly suitably jacketed. Vacuum is applied to the unit through hollow shafts. Steam or hot water circulation is in the jacket. The entire unit is housed on structure. Leakage/vibration free running is assured. Allied piping to condenser and receiver with vacuum pump is supplied to ensure solvent recovery. The feed in a Spin Flash Dryer is a particulate solid which is fed into a hot gas stream at the bottom of the drying chamber. The wet feed, pneumatically conveyed up the drying leg, flashes its liquid moisture into the gas stream. The dry solid is separated from the gas stream in a cyclone, while the gas and vapour are exhausted from the system by means of a centrifugal vent fan. Bag collectors are used for final collection of dried powder. The equipment is complete with Hot Air Generator, Rotary Air Locks, Electronic Control Panel, etc
