 | Spin Flash Dryers The feed in a Spin Flash Dryer is a particulate solid which is fed into a hot gas stream at the bottom of the drying chamber. The wet feed, pneumatically conveyed up the drying leg, flashes its liquid moisture into the gas stream. The dry solid is separated from the gas stream in a cyclone, while the gas and vapour are exhausted from the system by means of a centrifugal vent fan. Bag collectors are used for final collection of dried powder. The equipment is complete with Hot Air Generator, Rotary Air Locks, Electronic Control Panel, etc

| Rotocone Vacuum Dryers We offer superior range of rotocone vacuum dryers, which is space saving in comparison to the
cantilever rotocone vacuum dryer. This dryer is equipped with single stand on
one side, while conventional rotocone vacuum dryer has two side stands on
either side and takes more space. Rotocone vacuum dryers are used in drying
pharma and chemical products on small size batches along with solvent recovery
system under vacuum.

| Double Cone Dryer Consists of a rotating double cone assembly suitably jacketed. Vacuum is applied to the unit through hollow shafts. Steam or hot water circulation is in the jacket. The entire unit is housed on structure. Leakage/vibration free running is assured. Allied piping to condenser and receiver with vacuum pump is supplied to ensure solvent recovery. This type of dryer is especially suitable for multiple products drying because of easy cleanability. GMP models available.
