Navigational Lights (As per IALA Maritime System)

ANA Marine LED operated Beacons are of energy efficient design, utilizing the latest technology in this field. The LED beacons are service free for a period of more than 12 years except changing the battery. The beacon design has the facility of Synchronisation of lights, Monitoring and control system by GPS through GSM cellular technology. ANA has four basic designs based on LED lamps.

Monitoring & Synchronisation Of Buoys And Lights:
ANA has designed a simple but very effective and inexpensive method of monitoring and control of the Buoy and Light with GPS system and GSM Cellular Phone technology and sending the information to one or many designated Cellular phones. An important feature of this system is the ability to send plain text alarm messages to any part of the country that has Cellular mobile telephone coverage. During daytime commands can be sent to the lights to check their performance. The system can be adopted for the following services.
  • To monitor and control shore and off-shore lights and Rotating Beacon.
  • To synchronise shore and offshore lights
  • To monitor the buoy drift from its original position
  • To monitor and send alarm if the buoy is hit by a vessel.



Flashers and Lampchangers

Flasher: The ANA PUF-24 programmable universal flasher is microcontroller based unit, incorporating all the control/ indication functions required to operate tungsten halogen lamps fitted on the FLC-6 six place D.C. operated lampchanger.

LED Controller: The ANA PLC-10 programmable LED controller is microcontroller based unit,incorporating all the control/ indicator functions required to operate lights fitted with LED lamps.

D.C. Lampchanger: The ANA FLC-6 six position Lampchanger is microcontroller based unit designed to operate 6 nos. d.c. operated tungsten halogen lamps fitted on a motorized carousel. The lampchanger is operated by PUF-24 programmable flasher.

A.C. Lampchanger: The ANA LC4-MB1 four position Lampchanger is microcontroller based unit designed to operate three A.C. operated metal halide lamps one d.c.operated emergency halogen lamp. When fitted with GRP-48 Rotating beacon, the lampchanger is controlled by beacon control system.

ANA GRB-48 MK III is a versatile weather proof stand alone high intensity gearless Rotating beacon and has a range in excess of 22 n.miles. Each beacon is supplied with Remote Indication unit. Two version of the GRB-48 MKIII are available.
  • GRB-48 MKIII-DC. With DC version, six halogen lamps are operated from a nominal 12v d.c. supply/solar system. The beacon is fitted with ANA FLC-6 six position Lampchanger operated by PUF-24 programmable flasher.
  • GRB-48 MKIII-AC. with AC version the main three halide lamps are operated from 240V AC supply system and one emergency halogen lamp from 12V battery. The beacon is fitted with LC4-MBI four position lampchanger fitted with three metal halide and one 12V d.c. halogen lamp.



Radar Beacon (Racon)

SEA GUIDE-100 X+S Dual Band Frequency-Agile Radar Beacon with advanced SLS is manufactured and marketed by ANA. It has been developed by the “Society for Applied Microwave Electronics Engineering and Research” (SAMEER), under the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Govt. of India.

These Radar Beacons have been thorougly field tested and have been found excellent in their performance.

SEA GUIDE-100 Radar Beacon is all weather Aid to Navigation and is designed by incorporating the latest technology in the field. The X + S dual band frequency
Agile Radar beacon provides unambiguous long range and bearing information to all standard marine Radars in the service area with full efficiency and reliability. The Radar beacon has proportional scaling with Side Lube suppression (SLS).

Solar Led Street Lights (Self – Contained)

ANA has developed a new range of street lights incorporating Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) technology replacing power consuming halogen and CFL lamps which require frequent replacements, where as LEDs will give a continuous service period of more than 12 years without any replacement except battery.

All our LED street Lights can be monitored and controlled by GSM cellular phone technology sending text
messages to control room and designated cellphones.

Sun-Tracker. To make further efficient and economical system, ANA has developed a totally enclosed Sun Tracker supporting solar panel mounting assembly which rotates the axis of the solar panels to keep following the path of the sun throughout the day from East to West. Using this system the daily output of the solar panel is almost doubled compared to that from a fixed panel system resulting in reducing the capacity of the solar panels to almost half.

There are three standard types of Photovoltaic LED Street Lights complete with, solar panels, Sun Tracker, Battery and Aluminium pole:
  • PLSL – 900 with 900 lumens.
  • PLSL – 1800 with 1800 lumens
  • PLSL – 3600 with 3600 lumens

Other Applications: Port Area, Jetty, Breakwater, River banks, Border areas, Foot Paths, Car parks, Lawns and community centers etc.

  • Lighthouse Lanterns: ANA has designed two types of Lantern house, one GLH- 24/14 in Gun metal and other ALH- 24/14 in Aluminium. These lantern house for Rotating Beacons are 12 sided designed to withstand gale force of 56 M/ Sec (200 KMPH).

    TOWERS:

    Glass Reinforced Polyester (GRP) Towers: (6M to 12M):
    ANA has designed self supporting service free Glass Reinforced Polyester (GRP) Towers in the range of 6M to 12M height for Breakwater and short range Transit Lights. Also they are very good as a Daymask. These towers are ideal for inaccessible places where regular servicing is not possible. Modular design makes it easy for transportation and assembly at site. Lockable door is provided with service ladder inside the tower.

    Steel Towers (6M to 45M)
    ANA has designed steel posts in the range of 2M to 5M height for Jetties etc. Above that ANA has designed self supporting 4- sided Lattice steel Towers in the range of 6M to 45M height for Range Lights, Breakwater lights etc. stage platforms are provided according to the height of the tower. Top platform is provided for the light with access lader and safety railing. Towers are designed for easy Nut and bolt assembly at site. After grit blasting the towers are painted with epoxy paint system.

GRP Navigational Buoys (As per IALA Maritime system)

ANA designs and manufactures world-class skirt keel Glass Reinforecd Polyester (GRP) Buoys with daymark / Topmark as per IALA maritime buoyage system. The UV stabilized Colour pigment of the buoy is permanently impregnated during manufacture. The buoy body is filled with polyurethane Foam to make the buoy virtually unsinkable and provides rigidity to the GRP body.

Steel Skirt Keel Buoys

As per IALA Maritime system.

ANA designs and manufactures world-class skirt-keel and Tail Tube Steel Navigational Buoys with m.s. angle superstructure, daymark / Topmark, Radar Reflector and rubber fender as per IALA maritime buoyage system. The buoy body and superstructure is grit blasted and painted with epoxy paint system of required colour. The body is tested to 0.5 kg./ cm² pressure to detect any leak before painting.

There are eight standard buoys covering from harbour to open see application. Other sizes can be designed and manufactured as per customers specification.

  • Radar Reflectors:

    The two sizes of hexagonal Radar Reflectors type RR-25 and RR-150 are designed to cover all sizes of buoys. They are made in six segments of non-corrossive aluminium sheets with proper paint system. The 6 segments are fitted in between two non-corrossive rings and the weight is kept as low as possible.

    STEEL MOORING BUOYS


    ANA designs and manufactures world-class Steel Mooring Buoys fitted with marine grade rubber fenders. The body is divided into 4 water tight compartments, with 6 mm thick bulkheads, each compartment having its own manhole at the top. The buoy body is grit blasted and painted with epoxy paint system of required colour. All four compartments are tested to 0.5 kg./ cm² pressure to detect any leak before painting.
