About the Owner
Mr. Anand Dua graduated in commerce in 1980 from Punjab University, Chandigarh and obtained post-graduate degree in commerce in 1982 from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. He joined chartered accountancy course in 1980 and completed the course in January, 1984 and began his career in the same year as a Chartered Accountant as proprietor of Anand Dua & Associates on 1st March, 1984. He was awarded with a Fellowship of Institute of Chartered Accounts of India in 1989, after completing 5 years of continuous practice. He has extensive experience in advising large Indian and multinational clients, particularly those establishing manufacturing units, financial companies and trading organisations. He has worked closely with corporate finance experts and participated in significant transactions including development and finalisation of funding structures, supplier credit, private placement of equity, etc. Given his background, he brings to the table valuable experience in contractual negotiations, legal documentation, privatisation, commercial laws and direct and indirect taxation.
