• Having manufacturing line from machining to honing we produce more than 8000 connecting rods every month
• We use material of Grade CK45 with low alloy chromium in order to maintain good tensile and resistance strength.

• Premium grade non ferrous i.e Brass and Copper tubes are used for manufacturing of injection sleeves
• Wall thickness accuracy is maintained with due care in order to avoid the problems of salvage.
• Degree and radius Profile is matched on the profile projector
• Can develop any type of injection sleeves as per customer drawings or samples
• Option of rubber seal is also provided for the types of injection sleeves with seals.

• We outsource high quality asbestos as well as non asbestos based gaskets.
• Also supply Sheet metal based gaskets, seals and complete set for wide range of models of cars, trucks and tractors
• Copper based, steel alloy and aluminum based rings are used on the bore diameter
• 100% inspection of circumference bore diameter is carried out before dispatch of the material

• In house production of Centrifugally cast Ni resistant Rings.
• Material Standard LM 13 for Pistons and S G Iron and stainless steel Rings
• Material analysis, Pressure test, Tensile and Fatigue tests, Hardness, Thermal shock and expansion and profile tests are carried out for pistons and Rings.
• Piston Pins are manufactured with 20 Mn Cr5 material with hardening process to achieve the case hardness of 52-58 Hrc
