Resistance Wires

We offer pure nickel wires, which have purity parameter of 99.2 % or more. These are widely used for lamp filaments and in many industrial & laboratory equipment for its corrosion resistant property. Moreover, our range is available in the form of wires and ribbons.

Our range of electrical resistance wire is used for electrical heating element up to 1200 degree centigrade. These are manufactured using qualitative raw materials like iron, chromium, aluminum and ferric alloy. Further, our range finds application in domestic appliances, heating elements operating in air, quartz tubes and electrical immersion heaters. Our wires are available in the form of ribbon and customers can choose resistivity in ohms/cm at 20 degree centigrade like:

Our range of thermocouple wires are used for temperature measurement. These are available in compensating and extension grade forms. Moreover, we offer our clients with thermocouple extension wires, K and J type of thermocouple wires.

We offer nickel chromium 65:15 wire/strips, which have a composition of 60 percent nickel and 15 percent chromium including iron and additives. These are suitable for heating elements operating at temperatures up to 1100 degree centigrade. Moreover, our range is available in the form of wire and ribbon. The applications of our range include:

• Heating elements of domestic appliances and other heating applications
• Acid dropping baskets
• Wire mesh filters
• Structural parts of furnaces

Our range of nickel chromium 80:20 wire and strips are composed of 80 percent nickel and 20 percent chromium. These are resistant to high temperature and are available in the form of wire, strip or ribbon. Further, our range find application in electric furnaces, high temperature enclosed elements, potentiometers, wire wound resistors and domestic appliances.

We offer a wide range of MIG & TIIG, Welding Wires in Various grades of Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel, Aluminium, Copper and Nickle & alloys. MIG WIRES are available both solid & Flux Cored.

Manganin Wire / Strips precision resistance alloys, with low temperature coefficient of resistance, low thermo electromotive force towards Cu, and excellent stability, are used as precision resistance elements in making voltmeters, amperemeters, electric bridge, potential difference meters, and other instruments and meters for high grade measuring use, and more properly made into resistance elements for standard resistors.
