With the ultramodern technology of Electro forge process. The plant has a continuous production line to produce world class Electro forge gratings and the most outstanding features of this plant is capacity to produce grating at speed of 2 mtrs / min.

The plant is well designed with electronic control and entire mfg. Process is programmed and controlled to achieve homogeneous forge weld at each intersection that incomparably resistance to twisting & bonding distortion thus the grating panel has the high stability, mix strength & optimum load distortion.
