The residual capacity could be utilized for products as specified by the prospective customers from time to time. These are used in manufacturing of grating by electro-forge method as also manually fabricated gratings. The specified steel has high strength and enables manufacturing of strong gratings offering safety to the users. The manufacturing process is as under:

The manufacturing process in nutshell can be described as under:

• Steel ingots (Billets) of the desired composition are procured.
• Ingots are fed to the oil fired furnace
• Ingots after heating are passed for rough rolling (seven passes)
• The rolled product is finished at the seventh stage
• The finished product is cut to sizes
• The edges are cut / grinded so as to get the finished rolled product
