Anant's wound components for Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS) includes line filters, switching transformers and inductors. Line filters may be EE or UU or toroidal core based. Switching transformers may be RM core, pot core or EE core based. The switching frequency may vary from 16kHz to 100kHz.
We develop these items for specific applications and also mass-produce them. All components are varnished and conform to specified breakdown voltages and other tests as specified by the customer.

High frequency high voltage transformers are made as usual using ferrite EE or ETD cores. The entire assembly is potted in a plastic casing with mounting pins or flying leads for high voltage if required.

We develop and mass produce all kinds of toroidal transformers including Power Transformers, Line Filters on latest and high speed winding machines.

Anant sensing transformers are generally ferrite EE core or RM core transformers for sensing 16kHz signals on telephone lines for use in EPABX or PCO machines.

Generally used in EPABX systems for transferring signals on multiple lines efficiently.

The time period may be large (400cps) or small with high frequencies of several MHz; the secondary voltage may be small (for transmitting pulses in communication) or large (several kilovolts for a switching transformer in high voltage supplies); the high voltage types are generally potted or resin impregnated depending on size and economy.

50/60cps generally step-down type; both pin type (PCB mountable) or clamp type; step-up type can also be developed; all these are vacuum impregnated.

Designed for audio frequencies, these use both laminations and soft ferrites and are vacuum impregnated.

Our vacuum impregnated coils are made according to the specified inductance and current values and include:

•Air core type.
•Ferrite core type - EE core, RM core, pot core, toroidal core, drum core or rod core, axial or radial.
