Lug Type Expandable Shaft

This is a very commonly used shaft offered by us to our valued customers. It mainly consists of slotted pipe, journals to suite users machine, lugs, rubber bladder and non-return valve.

 

These Lug Type Expandable Shafts are appropriate for both winding and unwinding stages and can accommodate multi cores, single cores up to 150 mm. Their material is decided depending upon the speed, load, core material and duty conditions. Their limitations are:

• These can not take care of gauge variation or individual core speed variation since slippage is not achieved and core width less than 1 50 mm.

Air Chuck

We are one of the eminent manufacturers and exporters of a quality range of Air chuck. These are pneumatically expandable assembly provided with expanded Jaws hold Core without slippage. Further these are capable of converting existing expandable shaft for core l.D. 3” into shaft suitable for core ID. 6”. Leaf Type Air Expandable Shaft

Mechanical Chuck

We are engaged in manufacturing and exporting a wide range of Mechanical Chuck. These chucks are spring loaded and can expand clockwise and anti-clock wise. Further, these are provided with Jaws which are rubber coated to prevent any damage to core ID and Jaw width, simple fitment with through bore or additional collar fitment can be offered as per customer's requirements.

Safety Chucks are also known as square bar holders or triangular shaft end holders. Safety Chucks are used at winding or unwinding position. It saves loading/unloading time. As driving mechanism (sprocket) does not need to be removed every time while changing core holding shaft, it gives maintenance free working. Safety Chuck runs with total safety due to cam mechanism.
