Hydro pneumatic system consists of hydraulic cylinder an air to oil intensifier and an oil reservoir. The output ram approaches the work pieces are rapid speed (adjustable) with low-pressure air. On touching the work-place the intensifier is automatically energized with control valve which results high-pressure on the work-piece.
