We are a proprietary concern of technocrat entrepreneur Mr. R.Bansal who is an IIT engineer and an ex-Godrej Soaps Manager. With his emphasis on quality, flexibility and total customer satisfaction, we have grown rapidly in a short span of 10 years. Today, we have a total manufacturing capacity of 100 tons per day with locations spread over Bombay (near JNPT Port) and Himachal Pradesh (Perwanoo – Excise Free Zone).
We also manufacture shampoos, laundry soaps, carbolic soaps, liquid soaps, hair oils and petroleum jelly based products. The quality of our products is world class. We have an efficient work force behind contract manufacturing and provide our customers with a choice of several sizes and volumes with innovative packaging and customized branding. We have a pilot plant too for R&D on product development.
Aneema Soap factory is an approved production base for Global Markets for Silver Oak Laboratories (Oriflame).
For Exports
Plant is conveniently located just 50kms away from JNPT (Nhava Sheva Port), Bombay and is near the exit point of the Mumbai – Pune Expressway at Khopoli – Pen Road, Mumbai. It is also close to the proposed International Airport making it an ideal choice for exporters for their contract manufacturing.
It has a capacity of 50T/day with 3 lines of varying capacity which give an ideal blend of automation and flexibility.
All lines have adequately sized duplex plodders with vacuum and chilled water circulation for all the equipment to manufacture international quality products.
For Domestic Consumption
The Company has an arrangement to market the contract manufacturing capacity of M/S Meha Medicure – a Bansal family concern, which is located at Excise free zone of Himachal Pradesh (Perwanoo). Since excise duty is levied at 16.32% of 65% of MRP, it becomes an attractive destination for all soaps and more so for the higher MRP ones.
Meha medicure has a capacity of 50 T/day and has 4 lines, details of which are given below.
Categories of Soaps
In addition to the categories of soaps covered in the catalogue, we have developed the following additional soaps –
1. Scrub Soap – Scrub soaps are regular/ premium or transparent soaps with a scrubbing material incorporated in their formulation. The scrub material can be walnut shell powder, apricot seeds, lufa, pumic stone, synthetic beads or traditional Indian herbal scrub known as Ubatan (Utane).
2. Laundry soap – These are premium quality laundry soaps. They are made in the same way as bath soaps, i.e. triple milled. These are very gentle on hands due to extremely low free alkalinity. (Nil free alkalinity can also be achieved, if desired)
3. Soaps under Drug license – Medicated soaps that cure a condition/ ailment have to be necessarily made under Drug license as per Indian Health Authority Rules.
