Control Module: Manual / Auto mode of operations will be done by electrical control logic.
In Manual operations head to be elevated manually after completion of each cut whereas in Automatic Machines head will be elevated after completion of each cut and Machine will stop after cutting set number of pieces.

1.Hyd Power pack will have min. 10/12.5 HP Motor with Double delivery pump working in Tandem in which one pump with high working pressure of 200 bar will provide 100 Tons force to straighten the forging below Ram & other pump with 40 bar working pressure which can provide 1.5 to 2 tons force while speeding up the ram.
2. There will be power cylinder, double acting high pressure cylinder providing 100 Tons force.
3. The Double acting high pressure cylinder providing 100 Tons force is supposed to hold the RAM with 100T force when in forward action.
4. Cee frame will have Sufficient daylight(Vertical distance between ram front end and the flat top table) and Sufficient throat (Horizontal distance between Cee frame vertical face and centre line of the ram
5. Flat top table of size 1000 *250 mm will have one Tee slot milled inside to fix Vee blocks on it. Vee blocks will have hardened strips fixed on working surfaces to reduce wear & tear of Vee blocks. These will support the component while pressing in action.
6. There is unloading valve provided to reduce the working load on the motor due to high pressure pump whenever not necessary.
7. There is a counterbalancing pressure maintaining valve also to maintain minimum back pressure required for low pressure application.
8. All directional control valves, other valves and Radial piston pump will be Polyhydron Make & Vane pump will be Yuken make.
9. Hydraulic Piping will be done by us. Hand switches are provided to keep the both hands busy to hold the Push buttons while pressing and releasing.
10. Electrical control panel to have Power & Auxiliary contactors of (GE Make) and Motor of LHP Make.

Clamping system:

1. Vee-flat hydraulic clamping
2 . Geared brake motor driven self centering vices
3 . Hydraulic motor driven self centering vices on slant or vertical slides.
Combination toolholders for operations like chamfering annular grooving along with facing and centering.

Perfectly angled bandwheel frame reduces blade fatigue in twisting during each rotation and so reduces blade breakages. increasing blade life.
