CNC Punching Services |
| Committed to provide maximum clients satisfaction, we provide highly effective CNC punching services where in we use Turret, a computer numerical controlled machine which is equipped with tools and corresponding dies in a revolving indexed turret. This machine is used to press the metal to a shape through a sheet of metal and then die to a cut that shape in to the metal. Shape presses the material into a die that cuts the metal and the die is also given tolerance that is measured in thousands of an inch. Specifications of our CNC punching facility used for this process are: • Maximum Steel Size : 1250 X 2540(Include one auto repositioning) • Maximum Steel thickness 6.35 mm • Number of tool station H type 2 - track / 30 station • Automatic Repositioning – Standard Salient features of our punching services are: • Automatic punch and die changer • Improved quality and consistency • Comprehensive range of tools punch • Repeatability: ± 0.001" • Punching accuracy: ± 0.004" hole to hole • Repeatability: ± 0.001 Possessing a variety of punches, we have been able to assist our OEM customers and deliver them customized metal parts as per their specifications. |
