Bamboo Knot Removing Machine
There are two types of knots on a Bamboo, one external knot and other internal knot. There are two entirely different types of Machines:
- External Knot Machine
- Internal Knot Machine
Features of External Knot Removing Machine
- Removes external knot of bamboo, with help of specially designed carbide Tipped Cutter.
- The next operation to be carried out on Bamboo will be Splitting Operation (on Hydraulic/ Chain/ Parallel Splitter).
- Tools used: Specially designed Carbide Tipped Circular Saw.

Features of Internal Knot Removing Machine
- Removes internal knot of the split segments of Bamboo.

Bamboo Splitter Machines
Different types of machine available for splitting bamboo are:
- Hydraulic Splitter Machine

Features of Hydraulic Splitter
- Splits bamboo into the required no of segments through a hydraulically operated powerful cylinder.
- Input to the machine: Bamboo from External Knot removal Machine.
- The next operation to be carried out on Bamboo Splits will be removal of Internal Knot.

Four Side Planing Machine
Features

Bamboo Sliver Making Machine
Round Plate Slicer
Features
- It produces slices of up to 11” length of the desired thickness.
- It is a high production machine and is most suitable for producers of incense sticks, Kulfi kadi and tooth picks.
- Application of End Product: Kulfi kadi, Ice Cream Sticks, Incense Sticks, Kite Sticks etc
- Raw Material to the Machine: Bamboo (of length less than 11”) from crosscut machine

Timber & Bamboo Seasoning / Drying Oven
Features
- It is a custom designed sophisticated equipment to remove moisture from Bamboo/ Timber to the desired level.
- Removal of moisture increase the life of bamboo multiple times and also a low moisture bamboo is protected from insect/ fungi attack.

Vacuum Pressure Impregnation Plant
Features
- A custom designed equipment to treat bamboo chemically such that it protects bamboo from fungi, bacteria and other insects.
- In the equipment, chemical water (normally borax solution) is impregnated deep into the pores of bamboo with application of Vacuum and Pressure.
