Quality
We work with the most preferred aim of delivering the best quality to our clients. To ensure it we have a team of quality inspectors to take proper care of the quality of the raw material at the time of its procurement. All our products are manufactured as per the specifications of ISO 3401:1992 and ISO 887: 1989 standard. To produce error free products we adopt latest techniques and quality control procedures in our production process. We also have our own lab where all the chemicals are tested at both pre and post stages of manufacturing. Following are the quality parameters followed by us:
Material is properly activated before packing
Weight is balanced electronically for accuracy
Raw material used is approved by govt. recognized labs and carry Q.C report

Why To Use Silica Gel Sachets
The aim of using silica gel sachets is to minimize the risk of irreversible damage to item in transit or store caused by condensation vapour by absorbing the water molecules, a silica gel sachet will reduce the relative humidity inside a packet to level at which condensation will not occur. Three moisture sources has to be considered: - From air contained inside the package.
- That from the packing inside the package. (e.g. for cushioning purposes)
- That which diffuses through the outer packaging during storage or transit.
|
 |
Why Items are at risk
Condensation of the water vapour will not occur, even when the relative humidity approaches 100% providing the air temperature remains constant. So the risk of condensation (and therefore corrosion) arise mainly because of large drops in the air temperature, where at new lower temperature, the volume of water vapour is too much for the air to hold. Special attention needs to place where - Variation between daytime and night-time reaches 20ºC to 30ºC.
- Seasonal temperature variations are large.
- Temperature variation occur due to the intermittent functioning of encased apparatus such as electrical conductors and resistors, fuses, circuit breakers or relay motors, which release calories when in use. The greatest risk of condensation is in high humidity environment, where a drop of just 5o C will on average cause water vapour to condense.
As a general rule it is enough to maintain relative humidity of enclosed air below 30% to avoid risk of condensation.
|
 |
Why to use silica gel in containers
- Significant temperature variations - i.e. crossing the equator and day-night temperature fluctuations.
- When container temperature rises, air expands and absorbs free moisture molecules from all possible sources i.e. container floor, wooden pallets and wooden dunnage.
- When the container temperature drops, the air contracts and deposits the heavier water molecules, known as condensation.
- This process of warming and cooling can repeat itself several times during a voyage which causes this damaging condensation cycle. The only remedy for such problem is to use container dessicants.

Some questions to be answered
- How can silica gel work inside a sachet Answer : The material used for silica gel bags are specially chosen to be breathable, water vapor passes through them to be absorbed by silica gel.
- Why are different size of silica gel bags are used?Answer :The larger the item to be protected, the silica gel is needed. A range of sachet allows for a single sachet to be used in most cases.
