Our Manufacturing units are located at three different locations in Jamnagar District of Gujarat State. Each unit is spread over a vast area of 28000 Sq. Ft with sophisticate Material Handling and other production related Plant and Machinery. Each unit is producing 150 Metric Ton of Feed per day, with a total combined capacity of 450 Metric Tons.

But we, at Hindustan Animal Feed, have developed an indigenous line of production wherein the basic size reduction process of various ingredients is done with a sophisticated technology (Jet Grinding System) that the natural property of the final animal feed supplements or chicken feed supplements remains undistorted. As a result of the same we began with a single production line of 50 Metric Tons Production per Day in the year 1999-2000, with gradual expansion in next few years - two more production lines were established with a Total Current Production Capacity of 450 Metric Tons per Day. 1. The Order Quantity should be big.

2. If famous Brand Names/ Trade Marks are required to be printed on the products, we need an Authorization letter from relevant Customer abroad.

3. A Deposit as much as 30% is required for any OEM Business.

4. Customers should provide us with relevant information regarding the Packing art and design for which we are to produce.

5. The product formulation would be as per the Core Principles Animal Nutrition and buyer specific requirements shall be considered.

6. Timing of making new design mould(s): About 20 days.
