Crimping Machines

We are engaged in manufacturing and exporting a precision-engineered range of ferrule crimping machines, which is widely demanded in steel pipe joints manufacturing requirements. These ferrule crimping machines are electro hydraulic device that are used to preassembly the ferrules on seamless tubes used in high-pressure hydraulic applications. Our machines are used for preassembling of steel and stainless steel tube of 6-42 mm O.D. Required pressure for the functioning is varied with the help of adjustment and depends upon the tube material as well as pressure rating. The standard models of these machines have foloaing specificatiobs:

• 440 volts
• 3 Phase supply

We also offer single-phase 220-volt version to cater to the requirements of our clients. Further, the tooling for appropriate size of pipe and ferrule can be replaced easily. For standard tube/ferrule sizes, we offer locating plates and Adaptor Cones alongside the machines. In addition to this, checking plugs are supplied for ensuring the correctness of the adaptor cones.

Our clients can avail from us a precision-engineered range of nut crimping machines, model AC - 70N. These nut crimping machines are used for proper crimping of the nuts on the ends of hose assemblies that have female swivel nut ends. Customized as per the specifications of our clients, these machines have following features:

• Inner and nut located on the adjustable stopper
• Appropriate size locators provided for each size between ¼ BSP to 2 BSP size nuts
• Crimp depth set with the micrometer
• The operation can be in either auto or manual mode

We manufacture a highly efficient range of vertical hose crimping machines, model AC-135 that is ideally used for small and medium batch production of high-pressure Hose assemblies. High pressing force in these machines is accompanied with quick gripping operation and radially self-aligning tooling. In this model ofvertical hose crimping machines, crimp depth is controlled by setting micrometer, which gives depth of crimp on diameter.
