| Double Cone Blender PURPOSE:Dry mixing of powders & homogeneous lubrication of granules APPLICATION:Pharmaceuticals, Food, Chemicals, pesticides, Agricultural Products. INTRODUCTION:
- The double cone blender is universal & most efficient equipment for dry mixing of powder & homogeneous lubrication of granules. The design is based on latest GMP norms. Charging & discharging openings are provided on either ends of the cone. The discharge end is provided with butterfly type discharge valve. This valve can be fitted with pneumatic actuator provided mechanical charging system is adopted. The equipment is provided with limit switch /proximity sensors for added safety. The mechanical charging system either manually operated or hydraulically operated can be provided.
- Dry powder is transferred to the IPC by vacuum transfer or lifting devices. The IPC is clamped to the charging port.
- The rotary motion of the bowel ensures the proper mixing of powder.
