The factory is equipped with a ‘state of the art’ laboratory. A team of highly qualified professionals work 24x7 who carry out quality tests and analysis of raw materials, work in process and finished products, to ensure the products are of the highest quality.

The Research and Development team has developed cost effective inputs to meet process parameters.

Regular analysis of cement samples is conducted in-house. By using XRF and instrumental methods. Samples are also sent to independent quality analysts for inspections and to establish quality standards.

Chairman & Managing Director

Mr. K.V.Vishnu Raju is the dynamic and proactive Managing Director of the company. He did his B.Tech in Chemical Engineering at R.E.C., Trichy and then M.S. from the Michigan Technological University in U.S. He started his career with Dupont, U.S.A. and later joined Raasi Cement Limited as Executive Director. His expertise in cement technology helped bring about remarkable change at Raasi Cements, where he later became the Managing Director. He is also credited in achieving a turn around at Raasi Ceramics Limited, where he was the Vice Chairman. Currently his visionary guidance has enabled the team at Anjani to achieve a commendable turn-around performance.

Mr. K.V.Vishnu Raju is also the Chairman of Sri Vishnu Educational Society, which runs a host of Educational Institutions comprising:

Mr. P.V.R.L. Narasimha Raju is a commerce graduate from Osmania University and has extensive experience in Marketing and Finance in Cement, Construction, Ceramics and Agri- Business. He is actively involved in the marketing activities of Anjani Portland Cement Limited and also instrumental in execution of Vennar Ceramics Power Plant.

Technical Director

Mr. R.A. Rama Raju is a Technical Director, he has over 34 years of experience in the Cement Industry. He started his career in A.P. Scooters after that joined in Raasi Cement Ltd and Priyadarshini Cement Ltd.

Independent Director

Mr. P.S. Ranganath, Chartered Accountant in practice for more than 17 years. JBRK is a five partner firm having wide experience in management consultancy services and audits of public sector, government and private sector in areas including internal audit and special audits.

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. S.V.S. Shetty is a mechanical engineer from R.E.C. Suratkal, Karnataka and he is a Gold Medalist. He has over 35 years of rich Techno- Commercial experience in Engineering and processing Industries in all areas of operations like Marketing, Finance, HR, and Commercial ect.

He has held several senior positions.

Mr. R. V. A. Narasimha Rao, has done his Masters Degree in Commerce and completed Charted Accountancy in the year 1984.

He has over 23 years of rich Experience in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Secretarial Functions, Internal and External Audit, Corporate Budgeting, MIS, Etc.

Prior to joining our organization he held Senior Positions in companied like Vishnu Cements Ltd., Coromandel Fertilizers Ltd., Lanco Infra Ltd., etc.

Vice President (Works)

Mr. S. N. Raju, is a Diploma holder in Technical Engineering and has over 45 years of rich experience in the cement Industry. He has served for major cement plants in India and other countries, like Dalmia Cements Ltd., CCI, Goa Carbon Ltd., Vishnu Cements Ltd., in various capacities.

Vice President (Marketing)

Mr. Ch. Gandhi Raju has a Masters Degree in Business Administration. He has an experience of over 21 years and served for major cement industries like NCL, Vishnu cements Ltd., before joining Anjani Portland Cements Ltd.,

Mr. P. Seetha Rama Raju has a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and has experience of over 33 years. He worked for companies like Andhra Cements Ltd., Raasi Cements Ltd.,

Mr. N. Venkat Raju has done his M. Sc in Chemistry from Andhra University. He started his career as a Management Trainee in Raasi Cements Ltd. (Presently India Cement Ltd.) and grown to become DGM (Prdn.) before joining Anjani. He has got 23 years of rich experience in the Cement Industry in all core areas like Production, QC, Process, R&D ect.

Chief General Manager

Mr. Rajendra Babu is a Company Secretary with a Masters Degree in Commerce and a Degree in Law (LLB). He has over 25 years of experience with companies like Shaw Wallace & Co Ltd., Charminar Breweries Ltd.

General Manager (HR & SM)

Mr. P. S. Raju has a Masters Degree in Social Work and a Degree in Law (LLB). He has an experience of 25 years in the field of HR, IR and Administration with companies like GTN Textiles Ltd, Bakelite Hylam Ltd., Hyderabad Industries Ltd., etc., and also worked in Canada for two years.

Mr. M. Nagabushan Rao has done his LME, AMIE. He has an experience of 24 years in companies like Pre- Steels & Fabrication Ltd., Prefeb Gratings Ltd., NCL Industries Ltd.,

Mr. P. Ganapathi Raju has done M.Sc. and having 20 years of experience with companies like Raasi Cements, Kakatiya Cements, Sagar Cements, Sri. Vishnu Cements Ltd.

Sr. Dy. General Manager (Electrical)

Mr. D.V. Subba Raju has done his B. Tech in Electrical Engineering and has worked in companies like Raasi Cement Ltd, Rajeswari Cements Ltd; India Cements Ltd with more than 25 years experience in Electrical related areas like Electrical Maintenance, Erection, Commissioning, Trouble shooting, Planning & Operation in major Cement industries.

Vennar Carmaics Limited

Vennar Ceramics Limited (VCL) was established in the year 1998 and become a wholly owned subsidiary of Anjani Portland Cement Limited in the year 2001. The plant is located at Perikigudem Village of Mandavalli Mandal in Krishna District. The company has the distinction of being the first Gas- Based Power Generating Plant in India with a capacity of 2.7 Megawatts. The 3000 K.W. rated Engine has been sourced from Wartsila of Sweden and the Generator from A.B.B., France. VCL believes in green technology and therefore by generating power from gas will not pollute the environment as other conventional sources do. The company caters to about 55% of the power requirement of the parent plant.

The company has entered in to a power purchase agreement with A.P. Transco for selling power.

Hytech Print  System Limited

Incorporated in the year 1986, Hitech Print Systems Ltd.(HPS) has been in the business of providing high quality secure printing solutions. The Company has been acquired by Anjani Portland Cement Limited in the current financial year (2007) as a wholly owned subsidiary. The plant is located at Peddaavutupalli Village in Krishna District, about 6 Kms. from the Vijayawada Airport. The Company’s primary business has been, printing Business Forms, Security Documents, Onserts, OMR & ICR Forms, etc.Hitech is ISO 9000 certified and is approved by I.B.A. for security printing for the last 19 years. Hitech has the distinction of being the First Company to Introduce Variable Data Printing in 1997.

Apart from the industries the Management runs a host of educational institutions on philanthropic lines under Sri Vishnu Educational Society. The society runs 2 campuses one in Bhimavaram West Godavari District and another in Narsapur in Hyderabad for providing Quality Education in professional courses like Engineering, Pharmacy, Dental, MCA, MBA ect.

6. Directors agree to maintain confidentiality of all information regarding the company that they come to possess while in their office.

7. Directors agree to avoid and disclose every action that has/may have a conflict of interest with the Company. Accepting Directorships in a company that competes with the Company is to be agreed to by all other directors, before acceptance of such as office. Investment in a competitor or supplier or customer, is to be disclosed prior to the investment. Any business transaction of a relative with the Company is to be disclosed prior to the transaction. The details of disclosure are to be complete and be in such a manner that Company's interests are duly protected. Opportunities that develop owing to the association with the company are not to be personally exploited, without the concurrence of all other members of the board.

8. Directors agree not to accept gifts inappropriate to the occasion and of disproportionate value from anyone associated with the Company that would be considered as impropriety.
