The system ADG-200 is an AUMAV (Autonomous Unmanned Micro Aerial Vehicle) designed to perform tasks such as aerial documentation, coordination, exploration, surveying, communication, inspection and observation. The Anjani make hydraulic press is suitable for a variety of job like pressing forming and punching. Depending on the customer’s requirements or application the press can be customised either regard to the platen area, stoke, clearance as well as tonnage. The range of application is completed by the supplementary option such as rotating of the ram or of the lower platen.

Anjani has been producing plastic sheets for over a decade using CNC Extruders built in-house. Anjani has the capability and expertise to produce up to 5 layer co-extruded sheets using a variety of plastic materials. We regularly extrude HIPS, ABS, HDPE, PP, and PPO/NORYL sheets for a range of customers and applications. We can produce 15 Metric Tons of Plastic Sheets per day with a maximum width of 1220 cm.

Our sheets are used in thermoforming of parts for consumer durable goods, material handling solutions, protection gear, packaging and various other applications. We also produce colored strip sheets.

Anjani police baton is ultra strong and made up of polycarbonate material. The baton proves to be an effective deterrent in riot situations

Anjani has injection molding machines varying from 130 ton to 800 ton and has experience in processing a wide variety of plastic materials. With in-house mold manufacturing and maintenance capability, Anjani can develop parts in short time frames. Our experienced and well qualified team, world class machinery and well designed physical infrastructure coupled with ISO 9001:2008 certified manufacturing processes give us the ability to deliver quality injection molded parts to our customers day after day.

Anjani riot control shield has been designed for law enforcement and police forces and offers excellent protection in mob situations. The shields are made of polycarbonate material and is light weight and transparent.

ANJANI started manufacturing sheet metal parts over 15 years ago for the white goods industry and since then have supplied parts to customers in India and Overseas. We have presses up to 400 ton capacity suitable for a broad range of manufacturing operations- from bending to notching to forming and more. We also have Pneumatic Power Presses for drawing operation- from 0.002" to 1.00" material thickness.

Our in-house capability of design & fabrication of progressive, compound or simple tools helps our customers develop new parts quickly and cost effectively. We also have secondary operation facilities for surface treatment , painting etc.

We perform all post forming operations on CNC controlled 5 -axis routers and Water-jet cutting machines depending on the application. Secondary operations like fabrication, assembly and painting /printing are also done in-house at Anjani.

Anjani full body torso ballistic hap is one of its kind in the world which can withstand up to 30 shots of ak 47 and nato ball on a single panel. This can be used in the ballistic jackets without inserting the soft armor panel (sap)
