Casting is a manufacturing process by which a liquid metal is usually poured into a mold, which contains a hollow cavity of the desired shape, and then allowed to solidify. The solidified part is also known as a casting, which is ejected or broken out of the mold to complete the process. Casting mould materials are usually chemical components, resin & sand that cure after mixing two or more materials together. Casting is most often used for making complex shapes that would be otherwise difficult or uneconomical to make by other methods. We use high grade CRC steel scrap to manufacture our range, which consists of by products of steel fabrications and worm out broken or discarded articles made of iron or Manganese steel. The other source of the scrap is pit scrap, ingots too short to roll, rejected ingots and cuttings, blooms and billets and end cutting from bars. The other raw material which are used include ferro manganese, silico manganese, ferro chrome and ferro silicon. Apart from this, consumable material such as thinner, co2 gas, sodium silicate, silica sand, refractory foundry fluxes, grinding wheels, welding electrodes, diesel oil for D.G. set and L.D.O are also used to manufacture castings.

In Steel foundry sand moulds are prepared with the help of wooden patterns and after proper drying the sand moulds are closed. A predetermined quality of steel (checked in our chemical analysis Laboratory) is melted in the induction furnace. The molten metal is then taken in a laddle and poured in the sand moulds.  These sand moulds after a gap of 24 hours are broken and castings are taken out. After proper dressing of the casting it is annealed to develop required physical properties.

We are equipped with a state-of-the-art infrastructure and in-house design unit that allow us to meet the specific requirements of our clients. We have our facilities located at Gurgaon in the state of Haryana (India). Our unit is spread over a huge area and is has a high production capacity of 2400 M.T. per annum. It is equipped with sophisticated technology and technically superior machines which are managed by our efficient workforce. The machines installed at our unit are highly productive and ensures efficiency and quality of products.

We have carved a niche for ourselves under the able guidance of our promoter Sh. S.K. Naidu. Sh. S.K. Naidu is an engineer and has a vast industrial experience of four decades in the steel industry. He started his career as steel melting shop engineer for five years in Tata Iron and Steel Co. Limited, Jamshedpur. Later he joined M/s. Bhartiya Electric Steel Co. Ltd., Faridabad (Supplier of Hi-tech Steel Castings to Defence and Railways) and worked as works manager for eight years. Since 1981 Sh. S.K. Naidu has worked as consultant to various steel industries. In 1989 Sh. S.K. Naidu formed Anjni Casting Private Limited, and set up his own Steel Foundry. Later on his son in law Dr. Sanjay Bhalla also joined the organization as director in Marketing / Finance. He also has five years of experience in sales of manganese steel castings.
