Basic Engineering:
Our Team of dedicated, experienced process engineers take up scale up, pilot plant studies, basic design of process plants, Bulk drug, pharmaceutical from pilot data, development of plot plans, flow diagrams, P & I diagrams, equipment sizing, Hazard studies and optimization, Material and energy balances, equipment/machinery layouts etc.
Detailed Engineering :
All necessary engineering work required for procurement and installation of reactors, Vessels, Tanks, Piping Utility systems, electricals, machinery, instrumentations and civil works.
Project Management :
The company employs modern techniques of project management to ensure timely and speedy execution of the projects with highly motivated team of project managers and project engineers.
Procurement and Quality Assurance :
Aim is to achieve the best results of price and delivery without sacrifice in specification. Our team of Expediting Engineers and inspectors totally committed to maintain delivery with quality.
Construction Management :
With single point responsibility the company offers total Construction Management including selection of contractors, material receipt and handling, stores management, construction supervision and monitoring of site progress till mechanical completion and precommissioning trails.
Commissioning Assistance :
We assist customer's operating staff during start up in assessment of systems performance and trouble-shooting of the plant.
