Brushing & Rinsing Machines

"Anju" semi automatic rotary bottle rinsing machine having  8/16/32  nos. Nylon cups mounted on S. S. Disc rotating through geneva mechanism by 0. 25 H.P. 230 v motor & gearbox . The bottle/vial in the nylon cups kept inverted are rinse, when disc stops through 2 nos. S. S. Syringes driven by motor & gear box. The volume of water for rinsing can be varied by adjustment given in machine. Arrangement for two types of washes is provided in the machine.

The body covered with S. S. Sheet . The bottle holding cups are specially designed to hold bottles / vials from the neck only so needs minimum change parts.
