The objective was to bring into existence some of the design and application ideas by designing, manufacturing and commissioning innovative, tailor-made and special purpose machines for Indian Dairy, Fruit Processing and Indian Traditional Snack Food Industry.We have been successfully installing machines and small projects all over India for manufacturing Indian Traditional Snack Foods like Sev, Bhujia, Channa Dal, Moong Dal, Farsan, Potato Wafers, Samosa, Kachori and all kinds of Namkeens consumed in Indian Market & Sweets Like Mava, Milk boiling, Milk cake, rossgulla all bangalli sweets, kaju kattli, danedar khova, Basundi. Since last 3 years Ankit Associates has become prominent food processing equipment manufacturing company in the country. We have successfully installed machines and projects all over India for- Manufacturing Khowa machine, mawa machine, khova machine, Basundi, Rasogolla,chachni syrub, sugar syrub, Srikhand, Mango Fruit Pulp & namkeen kadai, thirmic plant, moong dal washing machine, chana dal washing machine, frying pan etc. We also manufacture plant and equipments for processing of liquid Milk for manufacturing Indian sweet. The two-pronged strategy was to modernize existing designs and make multipurpose, user friendly, energy efficient machines with low cost Automation and simultaneously develop new designs for new applications giving best Man-Machine Combination's. |
