Shafts mounted on anti friction bearings
Totally enclosed gearbox with precision machine cut gears and pinions
Rope drums made from seamless pipe

Totally enclosed fan cooled squirrel cage motors with high starting torque to work on 415V, 3Ph, 50Hz power supply
Disc type/Shoe type Electromagnetic brakes for hoisting motion
Limit switches for upper and lower limits for safe operation

Hook supporting on thrust bearings for 360 Degree swivel
Micro speed for hoisting and cross travel shall be provided if required

Monorail System

We fabricate Monorail Closed loop system to regulate the power supply output. The designing of this particular product ensures ease in handling the product. We also offer customized products in this variety, and can manufacture them as per the requirements of the client and given specifications.

Closed Loop System

The closed-loop ground-coupled system uses a buried or submerged geothermal heat exchanger. This heat exchanger can reject or draw heat from a source such as the earth, a lake, or a pond, by circulating water through a loop. This closed loop system is not only rugged in construction but also robust in design.
