Ankur Agro is a well established organisation actively involved in the manufacture and supply of various kinds of premium quality raisins like green, yellow, brown, etc., that are used in sweets, breads, confectionery, dishes like chiwda, biryanis, laddus, etc. With a modest beginning about two decades ago, we have reached to a place where our name means credibility for our clients. We have always stressed on quality of our products and have advanced manufacturing facilities and packaging arrangements.
Our organisation is a pioneer in providing good quality raisins that are pure and free from any insect infestation. We have a valid license provided by the FPO for the manufacture of raisins and other dry fruits. We have made a remarkable progress in the area of production in a very short span of time and continue to expand our horizons. |

Green Raisins
We manufacture and supply the world famous green raisins that are made from seedless grapes. These are also called as nature's candy. They are very rich in taste and have a high nutritional value. They provide a combination of vitamin B, potassium, iron and calcium.

Brown Raisins
We offer brown raisins that are a special variety of raisins. These raisins have a 70 % of pure fructose and provide quick energy on consumption. These raisins are fat free and a good source of fibre and antioxidants. These are used in muesli, plum cakes, buns and sweet breads.

Golden Raisins
We bring tasty golden raisins that are made from seedless grapes. These are specially treated with sulphur to preserve their light colour. These have an advantage of staying fresh for long if kept in refrigerator and get easily thawed at room temperature.
Like natural seedless raisins, these are Thompson Seedless grapes, but are oven-dried to avoid the darkening effect of sunlight. They are also treated with sulfur dioxide to preserve the light color. The best seedless green grapes quickly dried to keep their golden color and fine flavor.

Infrastructure |
Our manufacturing unit near Kolhapur is equipped with latest and high tech machinery that includes .dehydrator cum dryer, de-stemming machines, various special purpose machines to remove stones, proper raisin washing arrangement that is followed by a conveyorised inspection. We upgrade our manufacturing unit at regular intervals and the unit has special arrangements for the final packaging of the products. The unit is hygienically maintained and the products are packed under strict hygienic conditions, untouched by hands. All the manufacturing process is done in accordance with the latest techniques by our experts and the machines are kept in order with regular inspections. |

Our Workforce |
We have a diligent workforce who work in coordination with their senior and experts and follow their instructions. Raisins are very delicate to process and handle and our team of experts that comprises of qualified horticulture graduates and research scientists ensure that the right fruit has been selected for the process. They take a lot of pains to ensure the safe and hygienic dehydration of the fruit. Besides, they also conduct workshops for our skilled laborers to make them aware of the infestations and preventive measures.
Packaging
Packaging is done in various forms like bulk packaging of 15 kg and consumer packs of 50 gm, 100 gm and 200 gm. The packs are air tight to prevent the bacterial contamination and insect attacks. |
